Wu Yao(吴垚)

I am currently working as a R&D at Gauss LAB, Huawei Technologies, focusing on  self-driving database and self-intelligent workload management. I got my PhD degree from Renmin University of China(RUC). My research interests include Mobile Crowd Service, Data Management Systems  and Internet of Things. In general, my researches focus on data management. I also have great interests in Image Processing, Information Retrieval, Data Mining, Game Theory. My undergoing offwork project is "Oasis: Oeperating System for Big Data Management System". Before Huawei, I worked as a Junior Specialist with Michael Carey on BAD at UC Irvine. My new book: The Base of Data, is going to the public.
